Mark and Nicky are such a fun couple (with a wicked sense of humour) that we just knew we were going to love shooting their wedding. Their big day took place at the lovely Gate Street Barn, which is near Guildford in Surrey. It’s the second time we have shot here, and we just love it! The weather was glorious too, which was a bonus. We hope you like this selection of photos from their wedding.

Midweek Wedding Package

We’re chuffed to announce that we now offer a new digital package aimed at couples getting married between Monday and Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays). The new package includes 6 hours of coverage and a USB stick of high-resolution digital images for only £600, and of course coverage from 2 photographers (Matt and Brenda). Customers can decided on whether or not they would like to add on additional items such as main and parent albums as well. Peter and Nicola’s Engagement Shoot

Engagement shoots are a lot of fun (for both us and the couples), especially when you have such a lovely couple to work with as Peter and Nicola. It also helps when the shoot takes place in Central London– there are just so many cool locations and light sources to play with– its’s a photographer’s dream. William & Shirley’s Album

We’ve just received William and Shirley’s beautiful wedding album, and loved it so much that we thought we’d share it with everyone! This particular album is a magazine style album made by Sim Albums, which is 12“x12” in size, and features genuine photographic paper. We really love the cream coloured cover, with the names embossed in silver text! As well as these beautiful magazine style albums we also offer our clients albums from the Folio Fine Art range, which feature vintage leather covers, and fine art paper. You can see one of our Folio albums here on Folio’s site itself.

Whilst most of our clients purchase our core Digital Package, the majority do also buy albums as well. We’re aware of the budget constraints associated with weddings, so we’re happy for our clients to purchase their album quite a long time after the wedding day itself– its a good way of spreading the cost

The Wedding

The beautiful Lensbury Hotel in Teddington was the setting for the reception for Lee and Tracy’s wedding. It’s a stunning location for weddings and affords a wide range of great settings for portrait and group shots. However, a wedding is just as much about the couple and their guests, and in this respect we were very fortunate to cover Lee and Tracy’s big day. A really wonderful, friendly and warm couple, you could really feel the love and affection that their friends and family have for them. It was a cold day at the beginning of December, but the low winter sun gives you some really stunning warm light to work with. We hope you love looking through the photos from this wonderful wedding– enjoy!

Dean & Victoria’s Wedding– Part 1

Pembroke Lodge has one of the best locations we’ve ever seen in a wedding venue, as it’s nestled in the heart of Richmond Park. We’ve been looking forwards to shooting here for some time now, and we weren’t disappointed! The room for the service itself had a lot of natural light, so it made for some great service shots. It really helps having 2 photographers to capture the wedding service like this, as you’re able to cover both angles and provide coverage of both the bride and groom.

Fabricio and Maiko’s Wedding

The Wedding

Fabricio and Maiko’s wedding was one of the smallest and most intimate weddings we have shot to date, and this seemed to just add to the emotion and ‘feeling’ of the day. This was one of the highlights of our year! Fab and Maiko were married at the Wandsworth Registry Office, which is one of the most stunning municipal buildings in London, and a much underrated venue for weddings. If you are considering getting married in South London, you really should consider it as an option, as it affords some wonderful natural light and photographic locations. After the ceremony all the guests (9 including us) moved onto Richmond Park for an impromptu picnic and portrait session– we hope you love these images as much as we do– what an amazing day it was!

Daniel and Jade’s Wedding

We were chuffed to be asked to shoot Jade and Daniel’s wedding at the Grange in Beddington. It’s one of those venues where the staff go out of their way to make the guests feel really looked after and welcome, and this definitely added to the great atmosphere on the day itself. Drew and Sara’s Wedding

Sara and Drew got married at a beautiful old church in Chislehurst, and then held their reception back at the Warren in Hayes. The venue hosts both police events and is also a very popular choice with couples for weddings. This was yet another relaxed and warm celebration for a wonderful couple… oddly enough, Matt went to the same secondary school as Drew, which just goes to show what a small world it really is! Enjoy!
